Kungsleden has leased 400 sq.m. in Oxel, the new office concept that provides inspiration for an active working day. A solar panel system and charging stations for electric cars have also been installed in the property, which is a part of Oxelbergen 1:2.
We are looking forward to moving into state-of-the-art premises in Oxel. By working in an inspiring space, we are creating the conditions that will ensure job satisfaction for our employees and that will enable them to drive the company’s development forward,” says Maria Hedvall, CEO, One Economy. The concept for Oxel is “Feel Good Working,” which, by employing a sustainability perspective, includes everything from smart solutions to inviting spaces suitable for meetings, both indoors and outdoors, as well as excellent communications. It offers an inspiring and attractive workplace where people are encouraged to practice an active lifestyle.
“We want to create a mix of tenants to provide the opportunity of networking and cooperation and are pleased to welcome One Economy. Our aim is to make it easy for our tenants to contribute to a sustainable society. We are pleased to have now started up the new solar panel system, which has an output of 254.6 KWh, and that it is now possible to charge electric cars,” says Tommy Svärd, Asset Manager at Kungsleden.
The first tenants moved into the property, comprising 5,900 sq.m. of leasable floor space, in April 2020 and there are now four tenants in total.
