Kungsleden establishes its own operations placing customer service in focus
Kungsleden, which owns and manages commercial properties within growth markets in Sweden, has decided to build its own operations to deliver even better service to customers.
Kungsleden continually adjusts and develops its offering based on area and customer needs and already runs local management offices in six locations. By building their own local operations, Kungsleden will take a further step towards the vision - to create attractive and sustainable premises that enrich people's working day.
“With our own operations, we’ll get even closer to customers, which is a very important success factor for us. Our ambition is to go the extra mile for customers and at the same time move up a gear in terms of environment and sustainability”, says Biljana Pehrsson, CEO at Kungsleden.
The recruitment of 19 new employees, responsible for the real estate operations in Stockholm and Gothenburg/Malmö has already begun. To ensure the diversity that Kungsleden strives for in the long term, both Isaksson Bemanning and Just Arrived have been hired as recruitment partners.
