Kungsleden has signed a lease agreement of 5 400 square meter with HD Resources in the Rotterdam 1 property and a lease agreement of 400 square meter with InfoZone in the Tegeludden 13 property. The properties are located in Kungsleden's cluster Stockholm City Öst, in the expansive area at Gärdet / Frihamnen.
Kungsleden owns four office buildings with a total of 89 000 square meter in the Stockholm City Öst cluster at Gärdet / Frihamnen. The area, Norra Djurgårdsstaden, is part of Stockholm's largest urban development area. Gärdet / Frihamnen has a very attractive location close to both Stockholm city, water and green surroundings. A total of 12 000 residential homes and 35 000 workplaces are planned to be completed in the next few years.
The lease of 5 400 square meter with HD Resources, will run for more than 6.5 years and mainly concerns TV and studio rooms as well as offices. The rent amounts to SEK 3 000 per square meter. Other tenants in the property are ATG-owned Channel 75, who has just been granted access to their new premises.

The lease agreement with InfoZone, a distinguished IT knowledge company, refers to 400 square meters of completely renovated offices at Tegeluddsvägen 80. The lease will run for more than five years and the rent amounts to SEK 3 000 per square meter, same as for HD Resources
