Kungsleden continues to keep a high pace in property development and strengthens its project organization by recruiting Sophie Löfving as project manager. Sophie Löfving has extensive experience within the industry and will primarily focus on the later stages of the real estate development process, namely project development and implementation.
The recruitment is part of Kungsleden´s continued focus on portfolio optimization and refining through development projects such as renovation, extensions and conversions of existing premises, along with utilization of building rights. Kungsleden’s property development department will have a rolling project volume of about 1-1.2 billion, of which 826 million are already approved projects.

Sophie Löfving leaves Savills, where she has held the role of project manager with a focus on commercial properties. Prior to that, she held various roles in areas such as project development at Lindex, Grontmij and Newsec Asset Management.
Sophie Löfving will start at Kungsleden in the end of January 2017.
