Eden is Kungsleden's first Symbiotic Building. A place where smart digital solutions, first-class service and elements close to nature work in symbiosis so that human well-being is always at the center. The common areas have their own climate zone that changes character with the seasons and ensures that nature is always close. The property has eight floors and a fantastic terrace overlooking the Öresund Bridge. Eden will be certified according to both Leed™ and Well v2™.
The Rotterdam District
In the heart of the newdistrict of Värtahamnen, Kungsleden develops the Rotterdam property 1 to "The Rotterdam District". During the first quarter of 2019, the work will begin with rebuiling facades and entrances to create a modern and harmonious impression.
Blästern 14, Stockholm
At Blästern 14, Kungsleden and Nobis are creating a design hotel designed to be a city oasis. When the old lamp factory on Gävlegatan has undergone its transformation, there is an attractive meeting place for workers and residents in the area. A place with an architectural character and which lives most of the hours of the day. The property includes offices and hotels that have been integrated in a way that is unique to Stockholm, which gives office tenants service and facilities beyond the ordinary.
Within a couple of minutes’ walk from the city center of Norrköping you will find OXEL. The building offers completely new office spaces surrounded by lush and green environments, close to the city. At OXEL it is always close to a “walk and talk” or a run during your lunch hour.
Karlslund 5:2, Östersund
This project involves the construction of new custodial premises and a probation centre with 14 places. The property already accommodates several public authorities and other organisations such as the police service, public prosecutor´s office, emergency service and the Swedish Customs. All these bodies are members of Trygghetens Hus, a collaborative co-location project whose mission is to help improve public safety and services.
B26, Västerås City
This building, which has been vacant for an extended period, is undergoing a major transformation. A co-working concept has been produced, based on the idea of gathering enterprises and individuals with a shared interest in creativity and business under one roof. A building permit is has already been granted for the extension of two office and roof terrace. Production start was in July.
Verkstaden 7, Västerås
Detailed planning to convert an old industrial building and create new development rights in Kopparlunden.
At Gärdet, Kungsleden is now developing an office beyond the ordinary. The location, between Värtan and Gärdet, provides contact with both greenery and water and yet you are in the city, in an area characterized by creative production companies and international trade.
Kungsledens Sportcenter, Västerås
Ett av många steg i arbetet med att utveckla Finnslätten för att kunna möta morgondagens behov har varit att skapa bra träningsmöjligheter. 2020 öppnades Kungsledens Sportcenter.
Redan idag sitter världsledande bolag i sin bransch på Finnslätten. Vi, tillsammans med företagen på Finnslätten och Västerås stad, vill utveckla Finnslätten för att området ska kunna möta morgondagens behov och fortsätta att locka världsledande företag och medarbetare.
