How do I report an error?
Error reports are made here on the website, go to the service request, search for your property and fill in the form on the property page. If your case is urgent, we ask you to report the error by telephone.
I get an error message when I report an error - who do I turn to?
If an error report on the web cannot be carried out, you are welcome to call your error report on the telephone number that appears on your property page. Alternatively, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to describe your case in detail and leave your telephone number so that we can give you feedback.
How long does it take before the error is fixed?
This depends on the nature of the case, but you should always receive feedback on your case within 24 hours.
