The Nomination Committee of Kungsleden AB (publ) proposes the election of Christer Nilsson as new member of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2019. In addition, the Nomination Committee proposes re-election of the current members Charlotte Axelsson, Ingalill Berglund, Charlotta Wikström, Ulf Nilsson and Jonas Bjuggren. Furthermore, it is proposed that Charlotte Axelsson is re-elected Chairman of the Board. Christer Nilsson was born in 1955 and has worked in the real estate and construction industry for the past 35 years. He has held various positions at Skanska, including supervisor and production manager, worked as head of construction and real estate at REALIA Fastighets AB, CEO at Tage och Söner Byggnads AB and MVB Syd AB and head of real estate at Industry Park of Sweden. Since 2014, he is running his own business with interim engagements in the fields of management, construction and real estate matters, project management and business development. Liselotte Hjorth has declined re-election.
The Members of the Nomination Committee have been Göran Larsson (nominated by Gösta Welandson and companies and also Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Michael Green (nominated by Handelsbanken Funds), Charlotte Axelsson (Chairman of the Board) and Martin Jonasson (nominated by the Second AP Fund).
The Nomination Committee's full proposal for resolutions at the AGM 2019, further information about the proposed members of the Board and a statement of the work of the Nomination Committee will be submitted at the latest when notice of the AGM is published.Regulatory
