Kungsleden leases 700 sqm on Gärdet to restaurant Eatery
Kungsleden has signed a seven-year lease with the restaurant and conference chain, Eatery, for 696 sqm in the Stettin 6 property at Tegeluddsvägen 100, in Stockholm.
“Gärdet is part of Norra Djurgårdsstaden, which is one of Stockholm's most exciting urban development areas, where we see steadily increasing demand. We are really happy to have Eatery as a tenant and we believe they’ll make a really positive contribution to the whole area,” says Sven Stork, Regional Manager Stockholm at Kungsleden.
Stettin 6, at Tegeluddsvägen 100, is part of Kungsleden's cluster called Stockholm City Öst, which consists of four properties totalling approximately 90,000 sqm. The property is undergoing modernisation and Eatery's restaurant will be established in a bright atrium on the ground floor with good access from the street.
“We’ve received a really good response to our concept and it feels good that we can continue our expansion by opening in this exciting part of Stockholm. Our goal is to create a destination for those who work and live in the area, and in the long term we want to be able to offer conference and co-working areas as well,” says Martin Sandgren, Chairman of the Board and one of the owners of Eatery, a rapidly growing restaurant and conference chain, with currently five establishments in the Stockholm area.
The tenant is estimated to gain access during spring 2020.
