”We have been following the coworking phenomenon for some time now, and are pleased to be able to create this in Västerås, together with Kungsleden. We believe that our passion for meetings, food and people will help make B:26 a unique meeting place. With our hotels, restaurants, congress center and B:26 within walking distance from each other, we create an exciting offer for our guests,” says Tobias Hultberg, CEO, Aros Congress Center.

The property will be certified under LEED Gold and all leases are green leases, meaning that they contain agreements regarding common measures to maintain or improve the
premises environmental performance, which is in line with the environmental profile of all parties.
