Kungsleden AB (publ) has signed a new lease agreement with Vision in the Rotterdam 1 property of approximately 3 300 sq.m. As a result, the company has achieved a leasing rate of 50 percent and the project is now entering an implementation phase. The lease to Vision means that Kungsleden has rented 9 400 sq.m in the last year with an annual lease amount of approximately 28 million SEK.
In the heart of the new district of Värtahamnen, Kungsleden develops the Rotterdam property 1 to "The Rotterdam District". During the first quarter of 2019, the work will begin with rebuiling facades and entrances to create a modern and harmonious impression, rebuilding the entrances along the Hangövägen, and the existing restaurant helps to create an active ground floor in line with the urban development plans.
