Kungsleden had great success in the competition "Leaser of the Year 2016". The company wan the title "Best Leasing team" in both region Västra Götaland and region "the rest of Sweden". In addition, both Helena Dellborg (Västra Götaland) and Louise Appelros (Skåne) was appointed "Best Leaser of the Year" in their respective region.
Curt Grundman was number two in region ”the rest of Sweden” and Fredrik Lindén was number three in Stockholm.

Kungsleden's leasing team consists of nine people stationed at four locations. Head of Leasing is Lena Bredberg.
“One of our key success factors is that we manage to be responsive to the needs of both existing and potential customers. This is facilitated by an increasingly concentrated real estate portfolio and a leasing team with really good local knowledge”, says Lena Bredberg.
The competition is organized annually by the magazine Lokalguiden and aims to highlight leasing staff and brokers and the work they do. The winner in each region will be awarded the title “Leasing Staff of the Year” and receive a scholarship of SEK 15,000.
