Kungsleden rents out 1 400 sq.m in Kista One
Kungsleden has signed a lease agreement with Sandvik Coromant of 1 400 sq.m. in the profile property Kista One. The property is very up to date and modern and some of its well-known tenants are Enea, Permobil, Regus, the Comfort chain, Life and Holy Green. The Kista area is one of Europe’s leading cluster within ICT and a spot for innovation and development. Both Swedish and international companies of world class are gathered here.
Sandvik Coromant Sverige AB is a new tenant in Kungsleden’s property Kista One. They will rent 1 400 sq.m of office space and the lease agreement will run for five years. Sandvik will access their new office premises 1st of September 2018.

Kista One is one of nine properties in Kista city that belongs to Kungsleden. It is a modern office building with 37 000 sq.m of rental space with a LEED Gold environmental certification. In addition to modern office space there are common conference rooms and staffed receptions in the property’s two main entrances. The property is strategically located close to Kista Galleria along the Kista avenue. The lease agreement with Sandvik is a so called “green lease agreement”.
