Kungsleden has signed several new and renegotiated existing leases totaling 1681 square meters in Gothenburg.
The company Sunrise Medical AB is an existing tenant that signed a new agreement and moved into new, improved and more proficient premises with adjacent 425 square meters of warehouse space in the Åbro industrial park – an exciting area undergoing significant redevelopment and close to several major traffic routes.
Ballograf AB, Agrell & Andra Konstruktion AB and Würth Svenska AB are other companies that have recently signed agreements with Kungsleden. The company Würth svenska AB has established a professional store in Högsbo covering approximately 600 square meters. Högsbo in southern Gothenburg, is one of the region´s leading areas for industry, offices and retail. It is located strategically near the E6 motorway and the Dag Hammarskjöld highway and also has good public transports to central Gothenburg.
“We are really pleased with the location Kungsleden could offer us in Högsbo. We will establish a new 600 square meter store, where we can offer our customers a significantly larger product range than usual,” says Håkan Eriksson, Würth Svenska AB.
