Kungsleden divests the properties Valfisken 1 in Kalmar, Pipdånen 5 and 6 in Visby as well as Magneten 4 in Motala. The total sales price amounts to SEK 207 million. The divestments mean that Kungsleden leaves both Kalmar and Visby, and makes a profit of SEK 2 million.

Kungsleden AB (publ) continues to focus its property portfolio to chosen growth regions and divests the properties Valfisken 1 in Kalmar, Pipdånen 5 and 6 in Visby as well as Magneten 4 in Motala.

  • The property Valfisken 1 is an office property with a total leasable area of 11,000 sqm located in the central parts of Kalmar. The property is purchased by Stenvalvet and closing takes place on February 16, 2016.
  • The property Pipdånen 5 and 6 has a total leasable area of 5,300 sqm and is located in central Visby. The property is sold to a private individual and closing takes place on April 1, 2016. 
  • The property Magneten 4 is an industrial property in a, from a Kungsleden perspective, non-strategic location. The leasable area totals to 396 sqm.

The divestments are made in three separate deals and the total sales price amounts to SEK 207 million, generating a profit of SEK 2 million.
