Kungsleden has signed a four year lease agreement with MIPS AB in Näsbypark, north of Stockholm. MIPS AB leases all 1,300 sqm of the office and warehouse space in the unique property Fräsen 1.
Kungsleden AB (publ) has recently signed an agreement with the helmet system developer MIPS AB, who will lease the entire leasable area of 1,300 sqm in the property Fräsen 1 in Näsbypark, just north of central Stockholm. Fräsen 1 is a unique property designed by Hilding Lögdberg and situated in Näsbypark’s business park close to the motorway E18, and buss and commuter train transportation.
MIPS AB will house its office, test lab and warehouse operations in the property as of February 1, 2016. The company conducts research and development in helmet safety systems with their MIPS Brain Protection System fitted in several market leading helmet brands.
