The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) acquires two school properties for a total of MSEK 108. The acquisitions have an estimated property yield of 8,25 %. The properties are situated in Malmö and Göteborg and comprises approximately 9 000 sq.m of lettable floor-space.

Kungsleden also prematurely redeem lease contracts generating an increase of rental income of MSEK 40 during 2005. The current accounting policy does not admit an allocation of revenues on the remaining rental period.
