Kungsleden is made up of 130 plus colleagues. About half have their workplace at the head office in Stockholm and half work from one of our local offices.

Our regional managers are responsible for the day-to-day management and rental operations. We also have departments that specialise in property development, operations and transactions - as well as, of course, staff functions such as HR, sustainability, finance and communication.

For us at Kungsleden, the customer always comes first. We want to understand the needs of the people who have their workplaces in our premises. Therefore, we have a decentralised way of working where as many decisions as possible are made close to the customer experience, by the employees who know their tenants, properties and geographical areas best.

We have an even gender distribution within the company, both among our senior executives and among our employees as a whole.
