The management team receives a fixed salary, incentive payments and other benefits and pension. For further information regarding paid remuneration see note 7 in Kungsleden´s annual report.

Guidelines for remuneration

The Annual General Meeting 2021 adopted the Board of Directors' proposal for guidelines for remuneration and other terms of employment for senior executives, as set out in the notice to the AGM.

The guidelines are valid until further notice, however they will be replaced at latest at the AGM 2025.

Incentive plan 2020-2022

The AGM 2020 approved the new incentive plan for 2020 to 2022, as resolved by the Board of Directors. See attached document:
