Kungsleden sells property in Örebro

The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) has sold a property in Örebro to Henry Ståhl Fastigheter AB for SEK 56.5 million. The property encompasses approximately 6,700 sq.m., mainly office and retail area. The day of taking possession is set for 1 October 2001.
