Election Committee

The Election Committee proposes members of Kungsleden’s Board of Directors, and comprises a minimum of three and a maximum of five members. The members of the Election Committee are elected at the Annual General Meeting.

The three largest shareholders in terms of shareholdings shall be represented on the Election Committee.

The Election Committee 2012-2013

  • Eva Gottfridsdotter-Nilsson (Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning)
  • Frank Larsson (Handelsbanken fonder)
  • Peter van Berlekom (Nordea fonder)

Also, the Chairman of the Board Håkan Bryngelson is a member of the Election Committee.

Proposals to the Election Committee

Shareholders that wish to submit proposals to the Election Committee can do so by contacting the Election Committee by e-mail or by sending a letter:
