Kungsleden utilizes an organizational structure that clarifies the parts and focus of its operations. At present , there are three divisions, each with responsibility for a holding, dealing with management, lettings and sales issues.
Commercial Properties
Commercial Properties is a Swedish property portfolio mainly comprising Offices, Industrial/Warehousing and Retail properties, managed from offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Gävle, Karlstad, Umeå and Västerås. The overall operation is led by a Divisional Manager.
Public Properties
Public Properties are divided between the Retirement Home, School, Care and Retirement Homes Germany. These operations are managed from offices in Stockholm, Gotheburg, Malmö, Härnösand, Jönköping, Linköping, Norrköping, Nyköping, Uddevalla and Västerås. The overall operation is led by an Divisional Manager.
Nordic Modular Group
Division was created by the acqusition of Nordic Modular Group. These operations are managed from an office in Upplands Väsby, north of Stockholm, with production facilities near Nässjö, in southern Sweden, and near Gothenburg.
Central Staff
The central staff functions are managd by the Deputy Chief Executive/CFO and are responible for accounting, finance, legal services,HR, and IT matter. Central staff functions operate as an internal service centre, and are located at the head office, although some staff are stationed in the Gothenburg and Malmö offices.
