Below is an overview of Kungsleden's economic and financial situation. The tables in the underlying pages present annual summaries of income statement, balance sheet and key ratios per year as well as per quarter.
The information in the following section has been collected from annual and interim reports from 2006 until today. From 1 January 2005, corporations listed in the EU should prepare their consolidated financial statements pursuant to IFRS. Accordingly, the following illustrates figures calculated pursuant to IFRS. Some key figures were also re-defined as a result of these changes.
