Financial Reports
From 1 January 2005, corporations listed in the EU should prepare their consolidated financial statements pursuant to IFRS. All Kungsledens Annual Reports from 2005 and onwards are prepared in accordance with IFRS. The Annual Reports for 2001 - 2004 were prepared pursuant to the Swedish Annual Accounts Act, Redovisningsrådet (RR, the Swedish Financial Accounting Standards Council) recommendations and Emerging Issues Task Force statements and Industry and Commerce Stock Exchange Committee`s recommendations.
