Adoption of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code
The corporate governance of Kungsleden proceeds from Swedish law, its listing agreement with the Stockholm Stock Exchange and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, which came into force at the mid-point of 2005. Kungsleden is progressively implementing the Code.
