Election Committee
The Election Committee proposes members of Kungsleden’s Board of Directors, and comprises a minimum of three and a maximum of five members. The members of the Election Committee are elected at the Annual General Meeting. The three largest shareholders in terms of shareholdings shall be represented on the Election Committee.

Also, the Chairman of the Board Per-Anders Ovin is a member of the Election Committee.
