Social and Ethical Responsibility

Kungsleden conducts its operations in a commercial manner. Agreements entered into are respected and observed. Kickbacks or bribes are not accepted in Kungsleden in any form. No forms of illegal work or child labour are accepted at any stage.

A natural basis for the ethical guidelines is that the company through its employees shall respect prevailing laws and other directives and comply with international standards on human rights, labour and the environment.  In addition, it is important to continually discuss business ethics within the company and to clarify what is unacceptable through examples.

Our priorities for 2009/2010

  • Through our partnership with Fryshuset involve our employees and also contribute to improve conditions for young people
  • Integrate knowledge regarding ethical standards in the employees’ skills development
  • Highlight and clarify our values
