Kungsleden owns and manages property with the objective of generating a high and stable yield. We aim to build value creating relationships with our customers.
Through our employees, we want to preserve our reputation as a professional, flexible property owner which is capable of realising our customers’ wishes. An example of our value creation can be building a new entrance to a commercial property in such a manner as to generate more customers and increase profitability.
Kungsleden offers a broad range of both commercial and public properties and also modular buildings under the subsidiary Nordic Modular Group. In partnership with our customers, we want to promote sustainable development and work actively on environmental projects.
We consider price and quality when choosing suppliers. It is essential however that our suppliers comply with the UN’s and ILO’s conventions on Human Rights and Children’s Rights.
